## Job description
- 制定和完善物控部门相关的制度和流程，以符合公司战略方针，匹配公司发展趋势，确保业务有序运行
- 对接内外部需求方，进行自研总成量产需求计划对接；
- 根据总成量产计划，负责关键原辅材料物控管理工作（包含预测下行发布，原材料需求分解，原材料订单下发）
- 保障代工厂的物料供应
- 完善安全库存的规划，监督备货进度，根据业务需要不断调整备货策略；
- 优化库存结构，进行物料库龄的分析管理；
- 建立有效的供应链风险预警和快速反应预案，及时出面协调重点难点问题，避免关键原材料断供情况；
