## Job description

### 核心职责

定义服务产品的价值、方向与商业模型将体验设计方案转化为可落地的服务产品(如取送车、救援等)

### 制定产品运营规则，协同各部门推进产品上线 标准流程

· 基于体验洞察一明确服务产品价值主张一撰写产品 PRD→组织跨部门评审一优化产品方案一制定运营规则一产品上线及运营协同 能力要求: 3年以上用户研究、体验设计相关经验，汽车行业优先。· 具备服务产品设计、需求文档撰写、商业模式梳理能力; 了解汽车售后服务场景，能平衡用户体验与业务成本; 具备跨部门沟通能力。
