## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 主导智能座舱域控相关产品的开发交付工作，包括需求分析、方案设计、实施风险应对等；
- 负责智能座舱的量产产品迭代、VAVE策划及实施；
- 负责智能座舱相关产品的平台规划、发布及更新，包括平台规划、软硬件平台选型等；
- 负责智能座舱系统的相关标准、设计规范、开发流程、专利等技术文档编制工作；
- 参与市场主流座舱方案的对标和分析，提升智能座舱产品的竞争力和用户体验。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信工程、电子信息、车辆工程、软件工程等相关专业；
- 有主机厂工作经验，有8年及以上的电子电气相关专业经验；
- 熟悉整车开发流程，了解电气类产品开发的关键管控点；
- 有智能座舱产品开发经验者优先，如全液晶仪表、中控、座舱域控等产品；
- 具备较好的跨部门沟通协调能力和抗压能力，有较好的结果导向意识。
