## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 维持展厅服务标准，维护展车，展具和店内整体环境；
- 负责邀约接待工作，积极主动地吸引潜在用户，热情接待所有进店用户，提供最优的用户旅程；
- 提供专业的试驾服务，激发用户对于产品的认知与热情，提升试驾率；
- 创造出色的用户体验，不断提升用户满意度，持续推动品牌向上；
- 与交付、售后伙伴合作，解决用户问题，提供改进工作的建议和反馈。

### 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，持有效中国驾照，熟练驾驶，无不良行驶记录；
- 认可极氪价值观，热爱汽车与科技；
- 具备优秀的自驱力和沟通能力，真诚热情，对用户体验有较深的理解； 4、3年及以上汽车/教培等相关销售经验背景，能灵活适应工作安排，结果导向，业绩突出者优先； 5、具有团队意识，积极分享带教，有销售内训经验者优先。
