## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 负责车载操作系统（Linux、QNX、Hypervisor 等）的关键配置、架构设计及技术路线规划，支撑产品长期演进。
- 主导操作系统核心模块的设计与性能优化，深入解决实时性、确定性、安全性等底层疑难问题。
- 承担操作系统内核维护与定制化开发，跟踪社区前沿技术动态，积极向开源操作系统社区贡献代码。
- 统筹操作系统功能安全认证相关技术工作，确保符合行业标准。
- 推动团队技术能力建设，组织培训与研讨，助力打造高水平操作系统开发团队。

### 二、任职要求

1、10年以上的操作系统开发经验。 2、全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机类专业优先。 3、精通C语言及汇编编程。 4、熟悉操作系统原理，具备内核性能调优、驱动开发或虚拟化底层开发能力。 5、精通熟悉 arm64/RISCV 等至少一种CPU体系架构。
- 具备车载项目的量产经验。

### 三、加分项

1、有开源操作系统社区代码贡献经验。 2、主导过操作系统功能安全认证全流程者优先。
