## Job description

职位描述
- 承接行车、泊车、主动安全业务需求，面向各算法团队完成算法域系统需求拆解与转化，把控算法从需求输入、方案设计、迭代实现到量产交付的全流程。
- 牵头项目前期行车、泊车、主动安全算法链路的实车联调与闭环打通，保障算法端到端链路可运行。
- 针对感知、融合、地图、规划控制、泊车等算法域开展需求分析、评审确认，输出算法系统需求与接口规格，完成业务需求到算法可执行技术输入的过滤与转化。
- 负责算法域系统方案设计、模块逻辑与域内接口定义，对接各算法开发团队，跟进算法迭代与验证，管控算法域接口变更，维护算法模块信号、数据流交互规范。
- 主导算法域重难点问题技术根因定位，结合系统架构与算法逻辑输出系统侧优化方案，协调各算法模块推动问题闭环落地。 职位要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息、人工智能、车辆工程等相关专业；
- 至少 3 年 ADAS 智能驾驶工作经验；具备完整 行车/泊车/主动安全量产项目经历，熟悉智能驾驶系统技术栈；
- 具备智驾系统方案设计、功能定义、需求评估拆解、接口定义的实战能力，能够独立输出系统级方案文档；
- 熟练使用C/C++/matlab-simulink/CANoe/ROS等数据分析工具；持有C1 驾照；
- 熟悉 ADAS 完整开发、测试验证链路，深刻理解汽车 V 模型开发流程，具备复杂问题定位、根因分析能力（有 NOA 高速 / 城市NOA、记忆泊车量产落地经验优先）；
- 优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力，能够作为技术 Owner 推动多方资源解决复杂技术问题；
- 具备较强全局思维与项目 Owner 意识，能承受项目量产阶段压力，具备良好的逆境处理与冲突协调能力。
