## Job description

### 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历； 2、8年以上碳化硅功率器件开发经验；5年以上功率模块封装工艺经验，3年以上团队管理经验； 3、精通SiC/IGBT模块前道工艺（银烧结、铜线键合、Clip Bonding等），有量产爬坡（Ramp-up）成功案例； 4、熟悉封装失效模式分析（SAM/X-ray/金相切片）； 5、有车规功率模块的的量产经验者优先。

### 负责SiC功率模块产品设计工作，包括
- 芯片选型、Layout结构设计、热设计；

### 负责SiC功率模块性能仿真工作，包括
- 热仿真、电气仿真、机械仿真及多物理场耦合仿真；
- 负责功率模块前沿技术研究，包括双面冷却、相变冷却、GaN技术、Ga2O3技术，并应用于产品开发；
- 基于 SiC 芯片电气特性，设计模块机械结构（壳体、基板、端子等），满足功率密度、散热效率及电气绝缘要求，输出3D和2D图纸指导仿真部门和工艺部门；
- 制定模块封装方案（如压接式、焊接式），规划芯片与基板的布局，优化热传导路径（如 DBC 基板、散热柱设计）；
- 指导结构设计仿真（ANSYS、ABAQUS），验证热应力、机械强度及振动可靠性，迭代优化设计方案；
- 开发模块级散热方案、优化界面材料，跟踪 SiC 模块封装前沿技术（如无焊料烧结封装、3D 集成散热结构），主导新技术预研与落地；
- 制定模块生产与检验规范（如结构尺寸公差、气密性测试标准），支持量产落地；
- 根据产品规划和业务发展需求，制定模块产品和技术发展Roadmap。负责现有产品优化，新产品开发，新技术预研。产品全生命周期管理和支持。产品项目立项，项目推进和结项工作等。
