## Job description
- 主导热管理系统配套密封部件的方案设计、验证与开发优化
- 负责密封设计相关的仿真分析与产品性能测试结果评估
- 对接研发与生产部门，推进密封设计方案落地批量转化
- 优化现有密封结构设计，解决量产过程中的密封失效问题
- 参与热管理密封相关技术标准与设计文档的编制更新
- 跟踪行业密封技术发展，引入适配的新技术与新材料
