## Job description
- 负责全球适应性试验（包含国内和国外）的策划，根据项目开发范围及计划，评估适应性试验的预算及试验用车，确定试验计划及验证内容，下发试验任务，对试验过程及问题进行管控，保证试验按计划完成，问题按时关闭，对试验完成情况进行验收评审；
- 负责统筹其他专业海外试验的需求，实现海外试验资源的协同和共享；
- 负责全球适应性开发策略的制定、预算模型的制定；根据各分院、中心，项目组需求，参与对本领域试验标准解读、对标及编制修订，参与技术能力发展等；
- 负责与项目组进行对接，完成项目要求的交付内容；
- 负责适应性属性前瞻技术研究及推广，适应性场景开发，以指导产品设计、功能开发及试验验证开展。
