## Job description

### 职位描述
- 负责热管理整车空调属性系统的开发工作，承接整车需求，制定和分解属性目标，进行系统原理和方案设计并分解到相关系统和零部件；
- 负责整车空调系统的技术可行性论证、性能评审和技术评价,确认系统运行边界和功能，软件，能耗，nvh等相关方握手；
- 负责对接造型，拉动内饰，CAE等进行整车风道风口虚拟验证分析；
- 具备独立进行系统台架匹配和整车性能和路试测试的能力；
- 具备新能源车热泵系统开发及匹配经验；

### 具备独立的热管理系统问题分析和处理能力； 职位要求
- 本科及以上学历,汽车及空调暖通专业优先
- 从事汽车行业5年以上,具有扎实的整车空调系统设计经验
- 掌握空调系统设计规范和相关验证标准
- 精通整车空调系统的相关法规和行业前瞻技术方向
- 有3个以上完整的空调系统设计方案经验的优先
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识
- 熟练掌握Catia, Canoe，INca等工具，熟悉一维和三维仿真软件
- 良好的逻辑思维和分析判断能力
