## Job description
- 独立负责中小型用户调研项目的全流程执行，包括方案设计、样本招募、实地执行、数据分析与报告输出
- 基于业务需求设计调研方案（问卷设计、访谈大纲、样本配额），并完成用户招募和项目管理
- 对调研数据进行深度分析，提炼用户洞察结论，输出高质量的调研报告
- 维护和优化用户画像体系，根据新版本、新车型的需求迭代画像标签和分层逻辑
- 参与NPS/满意度等常态化指标体系的建设与运营，定期输出监测报告
- 对接业务部门（产品、研发、销售等），理解需求并转化为可执行的研究方案
- 对用户反馈渠道的运营质量负责，推动反馈数据的分拣效率和闭环率提升
