## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 根据车型定位，开展竞品车对标分析，主导系统选型，设定车身系统目标和方向，编制车身系统相关技术文件。
- 主导车身的主断面和典型断面设计，在造型前期阶段分析可行性，识别潜在风险并推动有效规避方案。
- 负责车身系统的结构方案和3D数模参数化设计，根据项目开发进度，与关联单位沟通并解决造型、总布置、Interface、四大工艺、属性等问题，以高质量交付数据。
- 负责与零部件供应商的技术交流，跟踪供应商开发进度、试验进度，组织样件评审，确保按照项目计划交付合格的零件，按时完成ESER签署。
- 支持项目投产阶段工作，参与样车评审，分析并解决车身工艺验证、匹配验证、实车验证、精致感提升等问题。
- 负责量产车型的维护，售后问题的三现调研和快速攻关，维护和提升品牌形象
- 定期复盘和总结项目开发经验，形成有效的经验积累，并编制成设计标准或技术规范
- 分析和发现本领域发展的趋势，结合公司的规划，进行前瞻性技术研究。

### 岗位要求

1、大专及以上，车辆工程、机械、工业设计等相关专业。 2、5年以上相关专业工作经验；主导或担当过2个及以上车型开发的工作。 3、熟练掌握相关零部件技术要求；熟练掌握Catia软件； 4、熟悉上车身钣金、散热器框架总成（塑料FEM），加油口盖总成，充电口盖总成等零部件都可以
