## Job description

### 工作内容
- 负责硬内饰零部件开发三级计划的把控，开发流程及交付物要求按计划提交；
- 负责硬内饰零部件的GPIS历史问题、IQS等质量问题整理，制作软内饰开发DFMEA；
- 负责硬内饰零部件的属性信息搜集握手，支持系统选型方案的确认；
- 负责硬内饰零部件工程开发方案，主断面/TI/FC/3D数据的制做，挂接TC系统发布；
- 负责硬内饰零部件ESOW的发布，支持采购部门定点；
- 负责硬内饰零部件试验验证，包括DV/ECV/PV试验，完成OTS认可；
- 负责硬内饰零部件实车问题/路试问题整改，GCPA提升，设计变更的管控；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
