## Job description
- 负责吉利海外用户声音管理系统的全生命周期产品规划、需求调研、方案设计、迭代落地，支撑海外品牌传播、客服、质量、售后等业务团队对用户声音的治理需求。
- 负责公私域用户声音的收集、AI打标、工单转派、处理反馈、知识沉淀等业务流程的梳理及对于系统模块的建设，提升用户声音治理的效率，降低客诉量、支持多语言系统适配。
- 对接业务方、研发、测试、数据，输出PRD、原型、流程图，跟进开发上线，推动需求落地及问题闭环；可使用英文进行需求沟通、文档输出、跨区域协作。
- 持续迭代工单后台、移动端处理端、数据看板，保障系统稳定性、易用性，对接第三方工具/内部业务系统打通，兼顾国内外业务合规要求。
- 收集一线客服、运营反馈，输出产品优化方案，推动流程标准化、自动化，减少人工重复操作。 任职要求 1. 5年及以上用户声音或客诉类系统产品经理经验，有舆情处理、工单、客诉处理类系统经验优先。 2. 熟悉工单流转、权限管理、流程引擎、SLA规则、数据统计看板设计，能独立输出PRD与原型。 3. 具备良好英文读写能力，可阅读英文需求文档、撰写英文产品文档、进行日常英文沟通，有海外/跨境业务产品经验加分。 4. 逻辑清晰，擅长梳理复杂业务流程，具备较强需求拆解、跨部门沟通推动能力。 5. 了解客服行业、售后业务，能从业务视角优化系统，具备数据分析、问题复盘意识。
- 熟练使用Axure、XMind、Visio等工具，具备良好文档撰写能力。
