## Job description

### 岗位职责

体系维护与优化 负责质量管理体系文件（如程序文件、作业指导书等）的编制、修订及存档管理； 定期组织内部审核及管理评审，推动问题整改与体系完善； 对接外部审核机构，确保认证审核顺利通过。 流程监控与改进 识别业务流程中的质量风险点，制定改进方案并推动落地； 协同生产、研发等部门优化质量控制节点，提升整体运营效率。 跨部门协作 为各部门提供质量管理体系相关的培训与指导； 协调解决体系运行中的争议问题，确保标准统一执行。 数据分析与报告 收集并分析质量数据，输出阶段性体系运行报告； 基于数据结论提出预防性措施，降低质量异常发生率。

### 任职要求

专业知识 熟悉ISO 9001等质量管理体系标准，具备内审员资格者优先； 了解质量工具（如PDCA、FMEA、5W1H等）的应用场景。 技能与能力 熟练使用Office办公软件及基础数据分析工具； 逻辑清晰，具备跨部门沟通协调能力； 学习能力强，能快速掌握行业法规动态。 其他要求 本科及以上学历，理工类或相关专业背景； 工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应多任务并行的工作节奏。
