## Job description
- 开展动力学与控制系统及新功能的研发工作，以及对已有的技术与功能的持续优化、改进与扩展；
- 负责车辆动力学与控制前瞻技术的研发，包括但不限于底盘子系统智能化、整车智能化。具体涉及先进车辆动力学、车辆运动控制、主动安全、全自由度运动协同控制、车辆状态估算、车辆建康预测与管理、车辆参数识别等。工作包括需求分析、功能定义、功能算法研发、功能验证；
- 负责动力学与控制系统的软硬件集成，确保功能系统实现各项功能的目标指标；
- 基于算法与软件开发工具，完成动力学系统控制算法的设计与仿真验证，优化算法性能以满足车辆动态响应、舒适性及安全性目标；
- 搭建动力学控制系统集成测试平台，模拟车辆实际运行工况，对集成后的系统进行测试，包括功能测试、性能测试、耐久性测试等；
- 与其他相关部门协同，研发创新型车辆动力学与控制技术， 赋能吉利集团的AI数字底盘，打造业界领先的智能化底盘；
- 对AI及现代控制算法有深入的理解及一定的实战经验(包括发表过控制算法与应用方面的技术论文）；
- 能够与高校或外部研发机构合作，联合研发创新技术。
