## Job description

- 参与车载 AI Agent 框架建设，可能涉及以下任一方向（入职后按能力与兴趣分配）：

### 框架层
- A2A 跨 Agent 通信、MCP 原子能力接入、超级智能中心任务调度、AI Service 推理与感知框架、AI 公共能力（设备/车辆状态/安全风控）、AI BOX + DHU 跨端链路、端侧记忆体系、数据回流

### 业务层
- AIGC 能力（文生图/文生音效/萌宠壁纸/AI 相机）、Agent 业务（行车守卫、停车助手、AI 空调、按摩建议、智能迎宾、夸夸助手、AI 播客 等）
- 负责需求拆解、方案设计、核心代码实现、上线与持续迭代
- 与产品、算法、车控、座舱 HMI 团队协同，保障端到端体验与稳定性
- 沉淀通用能力，参与 Agent 框架与 AI 公共能力的技术演进 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机 / 软件 / 通信 / 电子相关专业，3 年以上 Android 开发经验
- 精通 Kotlin / Java，扎实的并发编程与异步编程基础（Kotlin Coroutines / Flow）
- 熟悉 Android 系统架构、IPC（Binder / AIDL）、Service、HAL、Vehicle 相关机制
- 熟悉车机开发，理解车控域、座舱 HMI、跨端协同基本链路

### 熟悉 LLM 应用工程
- Prompt 工程、Function Calling、RAG、Agent 编排中至少一项
- 熟练掌握 MVVM / MVI / Clean Architecture，熟悉 Gradle 与现代化构建
- 良好的方案设计、文档与跨团队沟通能力 加分项（满足任一即可）
- 有 LLM 推理框架落地经验（vLLM / TFLite / MNN / NCNN / ONNX Runtime / diffusers 等）
- 有 Agent 框架使用经验（LangChain / AutoGen / CrewAI / Dify / A2A / MCP）
- 有 AIGC 工程化经验（文生图 / 文生音效 / 视频生成）
- 有车机智能座舱、语音助手、主动服务相关项目经验
- 有跨端音视频链路、VP Client / VP Server、低时延流媒体传输经验
- 有向量检索、RAG、端侧记忆、数据回流相关工程经验
- 熟悉 Kotlin 协程结构化并发、性能优化、内存与稳定性治理
