## Job description

岗位职责 负责监控和追踪汽车软件全生命周期中的缺陷报告，确保问题闭环管理。 协调跨职能团队（包括研发、测试、生产）推进问题分析、优先级排序及解决方案落地。 建立问题管理流程规范，优化问题分类、分级机制及响应时效标准。 主导问题复盘会议，输出根因分析报告并推动预防措施实施。 管理问题数据库，定期生成质量趋势报告，支持软件迭代决策。 对接供应商及客户端的软件问题反馈，确保信息同步与处理透明化。 职位要求 具备汽车电子、计算机或相关领域知识背景。 熟悉ASPICE或ISO 26262等汽车软件开发标准者优先。 掌握JIRA、ALM等主流问题追踪工具，精通数据分析及可视化工具（如Tableau）。 出色的跨部门沟通能力，能高效协调技术团队解决复杂问题。 具备系统性思维和风险预判意识，适应快节奏开发环境。 对软件质量保障有高度责任感，注重细节与流程严谨性。
