## Job description
- 负责新能源重量目标分解以及评估，通过合理判断与整车对接，作为中心内外部对接重量属性的窗口向项目、总工等负责。；
- 负责轻量化目标达成过程工作策划、方案制定、管控与方案再挖掘推动，制定项目、产品的轻量化路径；
- 负责新能源中心系统及产品轻量化前瞻技术的研究以及推广；
- 负责轻量化数据库（如提案库）/模型搭建、累积与横展；
- 负责新能源轻量化体系、流程、交付物、指导文件建立与落地应用；
- 负责调研、对标竞品车型的新能源产品重量、轻量化技术等轻量化相关数据。
