## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 结合车型定位、用户需求与市场洞察，制定极氪新车上市及在产车型的终端营销策略；
- 基于终端车型营销策略，策划整合营销落地方案，推动总部市场与区域市场的协同落地，提升线索量；
- 梳理、整合车型核心卖点及产品信息，结合用户场景，制作与整合零售营销工具（如话术、展厅物料、传播指引等），赋能终端销售；
- 按车型维度，跟踪关键指标（线索、试驾、订单），协同区域把控活动节奏与策略执行，确保目标达成
- 高效处理与车型营销相关的其他临时性任务。

### 任职要求

1、5年以上车型营销策略与整合营销经验； 2、具备丰富的汽车行业洞察与车型产品洞察，了解行业营销趋势； 3、具备市场敏锐度，能进行基础数据分析并驱动业务决策； 4、出色的跨部门（横向）及跨区域（纵向）沟通协调与推进能力； 5、精通Excel、PPT；掌握PowerBI者优先。
- 具备一定的抗压能力与多任务协同能力
