## Job description

### 岗位描述
- 负责汽车 App「服务版块」及对应小程序的产品规划与全生命周期管理，制定产品路线图（0→1→N），持续提升车主活跃度、NPS 与售后营收；
- 深入理解车主用车全生命周期场景（保养、保修、配件、召回、延保、道路救援等），输出高质量 PRD、原型、用户旅程地图与数据埋点方案；
- 串联车主 App、小程序、企微等全触点，构建一致的车主服务体验，提升线索转化率、预约进店率与保养套餐渗透率；
- 探索 AI 智能化场景在车主运营中的落地（个性化推荐、主动服务提醒等），完成场景挖掘、能力搭建、调优与运营闭环。
- 建立可量化的业务指标体系与数据看板，通过 A/B 测试、漏斗分析等手段持续迭代产品策略；
- 对接法务、合规、数据安全团队，确保用户授权、隐私保护及汽车数据安全法规全面达标。

### 协调 UI/UX、研发、测试、运维及外部供应商，管理版本排期与风险； 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，5 年及以上产品经理经验，必须具备 App 和微信小程序的产品设计/运营经验，主导过完整上线并持续运营 1 年以上的产品；
- 有汽车主机厂、经销商集团、汽车互联网平台或车主服务类 SaaS 经验者优先；
- 能独立输出 PRD、交互原型、埋点方案、用户旅程图，具备数据驱动的产品迭代方法论；
- 有 AI 应用落地实践经验，能独立完成高价值业务场景挖掘、技能搭建与效果调优经验优先；
