## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 参与标杆轮胎选型及主观评价；
- 负责开发轮胎性能目标设定与分解；
- 参与开发轮胎/轮辋规格与尺寸选型；
- 负责竞品轮胎台架性能外委测试与模型校验；
- 负责轮胎性能数据库开发；
- 参与开发轮胎性能整车客观测量；
- 参与开发轮胎主客观开发以及验收；
- 负责轮胎性能开发新技术研究；
- 负责轮胎性能的设计评审、性能总结以及验收。

### 能力要求

1、5年以上轮胎属性开发或轮胎零部件开发经验，对轮胎性能以及轮胎设计有深刻理解，熟悉主机厂轮胎开发流程； 2、熟悉轮胎构造与性能、轮胎橡胶、轮胎生产工艺等； 3、善于沟通协调、有一定的抗压能力； 4、车辆工程、机械类本科及以上学历，英语具备读写能力，口语熟练者优先。
