## Job description

### 岗位职责

负责无线通信系统中关键算法的研究、设计与仿真，包括信道估计、MIMO检测、波束赋形、资源调度、编码调制等； 重点开展毫米波频段（24GHz以上）雷达信号处理算法研发，涵盖目标检测、距离-速度-角度估计、点云聚类、多目标跟踪与通信感知一体化（ISAC）算法设计； 构建通信与雷达融合的联合仿真平台，评估通信性能与感知精度的权衡关系，推动算法在车载、智能终端或基站侧的工程落地； 与系统架构师、硬件工程师及标准团队协作跟踪学术界与工业界在毫米波雷达与通感一体化领域的最新进展，评估并引入创新方法以提升系统综合性能。

### 任职要求

通信工程、电子工程、信号处理或相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先； 5年以上无线通信算法研发经验，具备毫米波雷达信号处理（如FMCW、MIMO雷达、CFAR检测、Doppler处理）实际项目经验者优先； 精通数字信号处理、统计检测理论、阵列信号处理、优化方法及雷达方程建模； 熟练使用MATLAB、Python、C/C++进行算法建模与仿真，具备将算法部署至嵌入式平台或FPGA的经验；
