## Job description
- 负责热管理压缩机系统标定方案的设计与实施
- 主导标定试验的过程执行、数据采集与整理分析
- 优化标定流程与方法，提升热管理压缩机的测试精度
- 对接研发团队，输出标定报告支撑热管理产品设计迭代
- 维护标定试验设备，保障各项标定工作稳定有序开展
- 诊断标定过程技术问题，评估标定结果偏差并修正
