## Job description

岗位职责 1 前瞻技术规划 以五看三定方法论为基础，制定该领域精准有竞争力的技术规划，一部分在现有的车型开发项目应用执行；一部分推进专项立项，形成未来技术竞争力储备。季度刷新各领域技术型谱，持续迭代技术，确保技术领先。 2 新技术导入 负责挖掘行业新技术和技术提升方案，形成应用清单，实现整车搭载。 3 技术货架 构建完整技术货架，包含即将量产和未来3-5年的领先技术，推动车型项目对先进技术的搭载应用。 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，有过大型科技公司的技术规划或顶尖咨询公司的洞研工作经历优先。
- 拥有丰富的战略规划经验，精通行业研究、公司研究方法。
- 极强的内驱力、出色的沟通能力，具备前瞻敏锐的商业洞察力和优秀的结构式思考能力。
- 电子电气架构、智能驾驶、智能座舱至少有一个领域有量产开发经验
