## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责出海车型的产品策略，分析海外市场形式，市场需求，竞争格局，定义本品的产品策略；
- 定义产品需求，配置梯度，同时明确各区域的适应性和特殊产品需求，配合项目管理和技术团队，推动产品策略落地；
- 持续收集并分析海外竞品的动态及发展，参与海外产品的调研，持续更新本品的竞争格局；
- 提炼产品的核心竞争力，支持上市传播；
- 持续跟踪海外销量表现，根据市场反馈，持续改善产品竞争力。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，从事汽车及相关市场5年以上经验；
- 熟悉海外汽车产品、市场、政策、法律法规及相关海外业务，有海外相关市场及产品从业经验或相关资源者优先考虑；
- 具备较强的跨国、跨事业部的沟通协调能力、抗压能力、拓展能力、组织管理能力；
- 熟悉车型全生命周期开发流程；
- 英语熟练可用为工作语言，有海外工作经验者优先；
- 可接受海外出差。
