## Job description

### 市场研究与分析
- 负责目标市场分析与对标，根据目标市场开发要求，收集目标市场信息，整合并形成分析结论；
- 总代模式转型合资公司模式，与合作方紧密对接；

### 销售运营与提升
- 策略制定和执行（价格、营销、产品等）：确认年度销售计划，推动经销商制定营销、产品、价格等策略，并具体签订各类相关商务合同。对市场业务涉及到各项具体推进事项进行检核与反馈；

### 风险控制
- 实时了解目标市场最新法规和动态变化，确认资金回笼等；

### 计划制定与执行
- 清晰认识整体经营目标，与内外部协同机构有效沟通、联动。 P.S. 1、本岗位需要长期出差/外派，请明确需求后投递，多个国家有需求，欢迎咨询。 2、可能会涉及负责吉利、极氪、领克等品牌，具体以HR沟通为准。

### 任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，英语、俄语或者西班牙语可作为工作语言； 2、3年及以上海外销售工作经验，能适应海外出差； 3、具有较强的沟通协调能力； 4、 有较强的市场敏锐度、执行力，具有经营思维。
