## Job description

### 体系建设

负责试验体系建设，优化及更新各项验证工作的程序文件体系，确保工作开展有效性，符合CNAS、TUV等体系要求； 业务开展： 1、承接不同测试阶段内的安全性能测试验证工作（包括整车级性能验证、约束系统性能验证、零部件级性能验证等），满足开发验证需求； 2、负责衔接项目安全开发，完成前期测试规划及矩阵定义工作；形成测试报告和出具优化改进方案等； 业务规划：负责跟踪全球范围内最新安全测试技术及规范动向，新测试能力的系统建设工作，拓展测试业务范围； 业务运营：负责实验室测试业务统筹规划和验证工作有序开展，确保系统设施、测试对象及辅助耗材等合理调配；
