## Job description

### 岗位描述
- 与VD部门合作，确保硬件和软件之间的正确组合，在平顺性、转向性、效率、操控性等性之间达到正确的平衡；
- 与VD部门合作，确保硬件和软件之间的正确整合，在平顺性、转向性、效率、操控性等性能之间达到正确的平衡；
- 负责平台和车型VD目标的制定和分解，并在实际车辆标定过程中实现目标；
- 撰写和审核VD性能的主客观报告，并负责主客观两方面的性能描述；
- 支持开发流程和校准方法的改进，开发新的校准方法以提高效率，并指导新技术的整合；
- 熟悉国际法规和各国适应性要求，制定相关技术路线。

### 岗位要求

1.3年以上VD性能开发经验； 2. 有足够的调校经验，包括牵引力控制、后轮转向、扭矩矢量控制、衬套、空气弹簧、主动悬架、线控转向、电子控制减震器、电动转向和主动稳定杆； 3. 了解子系统和组件的结构和功能逻辑，熟悉高级功能的控制模型； 4.在雪地/干地/湿地/越野路面以极高的车速评价VD动态性能； 5. 数据分析能力，包括稳定处理客观测试数据和KC数据的能力，以及主观表达关联能力； 6.熟练的使用CANAPE调校工具；
- 制定车辆的越野性能等级，规划软硬件策略，实现不同等级越野能力。
