## Job description
- 主导底盘系统及零部件技术方案的集成开发与评审，牵头进行竞品分析、性能目标设定、成本目标达成路径规划
- 持续优化底盘领域的开发流程体系，确保其与公司战略及项目需求高度契合，并监督团队执行。
- 协调内外部技术资源，牵头推进解决项目开发过程中的重点、难点问题及跨系统技术冲突，确保项目顺利推进。
- 负责底盘系统各项目的质量目标达成、成本控制（VAVE、供应商技术协同）及全生命周期的技术变更与风险管理。 任职要求
- 全日制统招本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程等相关专业背景。
- 具备3年以上汽车底盘系统及相关零部件开发经验。
- 熟悉整车或相关底盘零部件开发流程，能够指导团队按流程交付
- 熟悉底盘系统内（悬架/转向/制动等部件）专业知识，具备项目计划、成本、质量等的管理能力。
- 具备出色的跨部门协调、资源整合及复杂问题解决能力，拥有战略思维和团队领导力。
- 具备高度责任心和风险意识，具备较强抗压能力和适应能力
