## Job description

### 职位名称

试验工程师 岗位职责： 负责制定和执行整车及零部件的试验方案与测试计划。 操作专业的试验设备与数据采集系统，确保试验数据的准确性与可靠性。 分析试验数据，编写详细的试验报告，并为设计改进提供技术依据。 协调内部资源，支持新产品开发各阶段的试验验证工作。 维护试验设备，确保其处于良好的工作状态。

### 职位要求

具备车辆工程、机械工程、自动化或相关专业背景。 熟悉汽车试验标准、流程及常用测试设备。 具备良好的数据分析能力和严谨的问题解决能力。 能够独立工作，并具备优秀的团队协作精神。 此职位为全职岗位。
