## Job description

### 一、岗位职能
- 深入理解业务，识别业务域数字化需求识别、撰写MRD；
- 负责售后服务的数字化需求规划，与业务方共同制定支持其发展的数智化能力建设地图；
- 负责数字化需求的统筹管理，与业务和技术团队共同确定需求的优先级，确保资源投入在最有价值的地方；
- 负责数字化交付物的全业务链管理，协调业务方、产品经理、研发、数据科学家等多方资源，确保项目按计划推进；系统上线后，跟踪和分析预定义的业务指标，收集业务方的使用反馈，驱动系统的迭代优化和功能增强，确保系统持续产生价值；
- 负责领域的数字化系统的上线运营效果管理，不断提升业务部门的数智化运营能力，帮助其更好地利用智能化工具实现业务目标。

### 二、任职要求

1、3年以上主机厂售后领域数字化系统运营/产品运营相关经验 2、具备较强的业务理解力，能快速捕捉业务需求，提炼业务洞察并转化为可落地的数字化需求方案； 3、优秀的跨部门沟通能力，能有效对接业务方与产研团队 4、熟练使用AI工具用于日常办公； 5、有保修索赔/技术运营的业务运营经验优先；
- 大学本科及以上。
