## Job description

### 职能职责
- 主导供应商外延材料开发及优化；
- 参与新工艺专案开发并掌握多种材料分析技能、熟悉相关检测仪器。
- 推进供应商外延材料缺陷分析与改进，推动良率提升；
- 主导基板与SiC芯片的CTE匹配性研究，跨小组协作，支持解决外延生长中的晶格失配问题。

### 学历要求
- 硕士，材料、化工、机械、物理等相关专业；
- 工作经验5年以上，SiC晶体制备经验（外延/研究所背景优先）；

### 技术能力
- 精通缺陷表征技术、半导体材料参数测试（霍尔效应/FTIR）；
- 优先条件有8英寸SiC量产线经验。
