## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责新能源核心技术的卖点挖掘、内容包装与传播规划，系统性输出技术品牌文件；
- 协调研发团队推动技术内容共创，为技术认证、发布会、展品讲解等活动提供支持，并协助审核创意物料的技术准确性；
- 主导技术推广活动全周期管理，包括计划制定、资源协调、效果跟踪与复盘，输出可量化的推广报告；
- 组织开展技术测试认证，基于测试结果创作营销素材，清晰传递产品在可靠性、安全方面等优势；
- 研究海外市场技术趋势与竞争格局，支持本地化推广策略制定与材料适配，确保技术信息准确跨文化传递。

### 任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械电子、电化学、电气工程及其自动化等相关专业背景； 2、5-10年工作经验，具备汽车行业相关背景，熟悉汽车技术体系及市场推广逻辑； 3、拥有汽车技术品牌推广与技术亮点挖掘经验、新能源汽车系统集成或产品规划经验，或技术验证/认证相关背景，能够系统性推进技术卖点包装与专业传播； 4、具备优秀的技术解读、内容策划与跨团队协作能力，能高效协调研发、市场、创意等多方资源； 5、具备海外市场视野与本地化传播意识者优先，英语可作为工作语言更佳。
