## Job description

### 职位名称

智能驾驶开发工程师 岗位职责： 负责智能驾驶相关软件模块的设计、编码、测试与集成工作。 开发和优化感知、决策、规划与控制等核心算法。 参与智能驾驶系统的需求分析、技术方案设计及文档编写。 进行软件代码的调试、性能分析与瓶颈优化。 协同测试团队完成系统测试与验证，确保功能安全与性能达标。 跟踪业界先进的智能驾驶技术趋势，并应用于实际项目开发。

### 职位要求

计算机科学、软件工程、自动化、电子工程、车辆工程等相关专业背景。 具备智能驾驶、自动驾驶或辅助驾驶系统的开发或项目经验。 熟练掌握C++或Python等编程语言，具备良好的编程习惯。 熟悉机器人操作系统（ROS/ROS2）、AUTOSAR等框架者优先。 了解常用的机器学习、深度学习框架（如TensorFlow, PyTorch）者优先。 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、团队合作精神和解决问题的能力。
