## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 产品政策发文的编纂；
- 车型商务政策方案评估与审核。
- 月度销售政策与促销政策的制定。
- 战区政策的制定与审核；
- 政策效果复盘与核销。

### 岗位画像
- 具有3年以上市场营销或相关领域工作经验，有产品经理经验者优先

### 沟通协调能力
- 能高效协调跨部门资源，推动政策快速落地，顺利进行

### 数据分析能力
- 从市场数据中提炼关键信息，支持决策制定

### 执行力
- 确保营销支持工作按时、高质量完成

### 创新思维
- 结合市场趋势提出创新方案，赋能一线销售
- 熟练掌握市场数据分析工具（如Excel、Tableau、Power BI）
- 具备营销活动策划与执行的全流程管理能力
- 熟悉品牌传播与公关策略的制定与落地
- 能够撰写高质量的营销报告与方案文档
- 本科及以上，市场营销、工商管理、传播学、统计学等相关专业
