## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 设计车载平台整体软件架构（包括系统框架、中间件、驱动层、应用层），面向智驾、座舱、网关、AR-HUD，激光等智能硬件产品，以及各系统的跨域协同。
- 联动硬件、算法、应用团队，完成多域融合功能（如自动驾驶数据融合、人机交互联动、车路协同）的架构适配；设计车规级软件的通信机制（如SOME/IP、DDS）、安全机制（功能安全ISO 26262、信息安全SecOC）、OTA升级方案及诊断协议（UDS）。
- 主导复杂系统的性能调优（如低延迟、多核调度、资源管理），解决高并发场景下的稳定性问题，针对系统的实时性等关键技术瓶颈提出优化方案。
- 推动车载软件架构的标准化和平台化。主导与芯片厂商（如高通、英伟达、地平线）、Tier1供应商的技术对接与联合调试。
- 制定软件技术路线图，主导关键技术选型（如操作系统、通信协议、安全框架等），推动架构迭代与创新；输出架构设计文档，主导技术评审并指导开发团队落地实施。

### 二、任职要求

1、10年以上的车载系统软件开发经验，具有从需求分析到软件架构设计、开发、测试和集成全周期的经验。 2、精通并具有其中任一架构设计和开发并且量产的经验：Android ，Linux, Hypervisor。 3、了解功能安全标准（例如ISO 26262），具备功能安全认证经验者优先考虑。 4、了解网络安全原理和标准，熟悉网络安全策略和机制。 5、具备DFX的设计和开发经验。
- 具备故障管理设计经验，了解故障检测、传递和恢复机制。
- 有过0→1团队搭建或核心技术骨干培养经验者优先。
