## Job description
- 负责承接上层次技术文件的下发，对涂装工艺文件进行编制、更新、审核、下发及回收;
- 负责对前处理、电泳的工艺管理，对现场电泳车身出现的问题进行确认、分析和推动解决;
- 负责对接前序，对影响涂装的白车身问题进行管控;
- 负责责任班组的工艺纪律检查、问题回复有效性及问题整改的跟进;
- 负责新车型、新工艺导入时对员工的培训;
- 负责本班组出现的其他突发性工艺质量问题的评估和牵头解决。
