## Job description
- 负责热管理压缩机PCBA的结构方案开发与设计
- 主导PCBA结构设计的验证与优化，解决各类结构技术问题
- 评估PCBA结构设计的可靠性与可制造性，输出规范设计文档
- 配合硬件研发团队完成PCBA布局与结构接口的对接工作
- 推动PCBA结构设计的成本优化与生产工艺改进工作
- 整理归档PCBA结构设计相关的技术资料与设计标准
