## Job description

### 岗位介绍
- 熟悉班组日常运作流程，保障班组QDFIPS经营指标达成
- 运用精益理念识别七大浪费，持续提升班组的生产效能
- 负责本班组的技能培训工作，新人在规定时间达到岗位技能要求
- 按照工艺要求，识别班组的产品缺陷，提出问题报告

### 负责本班组的质量控制，并对流出的质量进行原因分析 任职要求
- 1、大专及以上学历，汽车、机械自动化相关专业 2、3年以上汽车主机厂班组长或工段长的工作经验 3、掌握焊装基础的工艺知识与质量分析工具 4、具备良好的沟通协调与问题解决能力
