## Job description

### 主动悬架方案技术规划迭代
- 对专项主动悬架和规划等进行技术评审和决策，及时洞察行业进展方向和问题，确保悬架领域竞争力；

### 技术竞争力与梯度
- 从更高视角识别关联资源和跨域协作方，支持系统方案及选型及落地，从更多维度完善规划和项目策略；

### 监控平台技术开发过程目标达成和风险识别，协助车型技术总监重难点技术问题攻坚； 任职要求
- 熟悉整车开发流程和底盘开发流程，新能源汽车底盘悬架开发相关经验8年以上或交付2个项目以上，有主动悬架从业经验优先；
- 具备敏锐的行业洞察力，良好的数据分析能力和战略规划能力，能够掌握行业趋势（行业发展，技术发展，标准动态等），有成功前瞻技术落地经验者优先
- 积极主动，能协同内外部各方资源，具备较强的跨部门沟通能力及项目能力，能够推动关键技术落地
