### 座舱技术背景，较强的项目管理经验 【项目管理】 岗位职责
- 管理座舱域技术协同工作
- 座舱前瞻专项管理
- 技术洞察信息收集并整理成报告输出

### 经营管理相关工作 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、电子信息工程、计算机科学、工业设计等相关专业。
- 具有5年以上汽车本领域相关工作经验，具备成功主导或深度参与本技术领域在汽车研发项目的经验。
- 掌握本技术领域系统架构和关键技术，如中控大屏、音响系统、座舱域控等，了解人机交互设计原则和方法，具备一定的本领域技术方案评估能力。
- 具备敏锐的技术洞察力和市场敏感度，能够准确把握本技术领域在汽车行业的发展趋势和应用前景。
- 拥有出色的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，具备较强的学习能力和创新思维，具备较强的问题解决能力和抗压能力。
