## Job description

### 岗位职责

负责以下全部或其中之一内容：

### 激光与视觉 3D 目标检测 (OD)
- 负责基于 LiDAR 点云（激光 OD）及视觉的 3D 目标检测算法研发与迭代，提升各类标准及异形障碍物的召回率与 3D 框精度。

### 中远距多模态融合
- 按车型配置，推进 Camera-Radar-LiDAR 的中远距前/后融合算法，最大化利用各传感器优势，提升恶劣天气及远距离目标的感知可用率。

### 复杂工况跟踪与 VRU 优化
- 面向路口、支路、借道等城区 NOA 复杂工况，优化多目标跟踪（MOT）逻辑，大幅提升 VRU（行人/非机动车）等要素感知的稳健性与连续性，解决遮挡及 ID 跳变问题。

### 任职要求

学历背景： 本科及以上，计算机、自动化、电子等相关专业。

### 项目经验

≥1 年高阶智驾（HNOA/城区 NOA）动态感知或多模态融合量产经验。

### 核心能力

熟悉 BEVDet, BEVFormer, PointPillars, CenterPoint 等主流激光 3D 检测网络；熟悉多目标检测与跟踪（车辆/VRU）；深入理解 Camera-Radar-LiDAR 融合架构。

### 开发与工程

熟练 C++/Python 及 PyTorch，具备较强的算法 C++ 部署及多传感器时间同步、空间联合标定的 debug 能力。
