## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 与项目组需求技术实现方案进行沟通， 并结合现有平台和实际技术水平，定义座舱产品功能等;
- 负责新项目需求的分析、合理性和可行性评估，并主导实现;
- 制定产品路线和战略规划，收集市场、客户新技术和产品质量改善的需求，并推动落实;
- 管理新功能产品的预研和开发，协调跨功能开发小组工作，初步管理功能开发日程计划。

### 岗位要求

1、本科或以上学历; 2、5 年以上产品经理经验，负责过完整产品规划到落地; 3、有丰富产品经理经验，并具备良好的团队管理及跨部门协调、沟通能力; 4、具备全局观，能够整体把控项目进度、识别潜在风险； 5、具有服务意识，能够维护内外部门关系；
