## Job description

### 岗位职责

1：负责新车型开发过程中转向系统选型、方案制定、技术要求制定及重量、成本、属性等目标达成 2：负责转向系统及零部件开发过程中各种技术文件的编制、交付，2D/3D/BOM的发布、零部件验证、ESER认可、基地投产等工作 3：负责转向系统及零部件开发计划制定，并且按照计划开展各项工作及交付 4：负责转向系统及零部件开发过程中的风险及问题识别，并且有效拉动资源，快速解决 5：负责转向系统开发流程、技术体系及标准、数据库的搭建、迭代工作 6：负责转向系统及零部件的通用化、平台化、轻量化、全价值链、VAVE等工作；负责转向系统及零部件技术前瞻研究及开发 任职要求：
- 具备独立完成转向系统设计开发的能力；
- 熟悉转向系统开发流程和问题处理方法；
- 熟练使用CATIA/OFFICE/FMEA等软件/工具；
- 参与过1款以上完整车型开发，有主机厂经验优先；5年以上转向系统及零部件开发经验
