## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 协同交付策略团队，根据交付计划推动交付目标达成
- 跟进大区交付过程KPI完成情况，支持并协助解决业务卡点
- 衔接总部与大区团队，快速聚焦问题，联动多部门快速解决问题
- 负责交付总部业务流程系统及业务策略在区域内的执行和闭环运营

### 通过数据分析和业务诊断，制定区域提升方案，提升区域业务运营质量和能力 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，8年以上交付运营工作经验
- 目标感强，具备优秀的结果导向思维，能够贯彻到日常工作中
- 具备优秀的客户思维意识和同理心，并具备出色的人际交往和良好的沟通协调能力
- 具备多线程工作管理意识和能力，有良好的闭环思维和逻辑思维
- 具有创造性思维，能独立、迅速地解决关键问题
