## Job description

### 岗位职责

执行产品体验测试流程，通过实际使用产品识别功能缺陷与体验痛点。 撰写结构化体验报告，量化评估产品易用性、流畅度及用户满意度维度。 协同产品研发团队复现问题场景，推动优化方案落地并跟踪改进效果。 建立用户反馈分析模型，提炼高频问题特征辅助产品迭代决策。 监测竞品动态，输出对比性体验分析为产品创新提供参考依据。

### 职位要求

具备系统性思维与敏锐洞察力，能精准定位复杂场景下的体验瓶颈。 熟练使用用户行为分析工具（如热力图、会话记录工具等）。 掌握基础数据分析能力，可独立完成问卷设计及用户调研项目。 具备优秀的多线程任务处理能力，适应快节奏产品迭代环境。 拥有跨部门沟通协调经验，能有效转化专业术语为可执行建议。
