## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 跟踪全球AI技术动态，研究其在汽车场景的应用潜力与商业化路径。
- 制定公司AI技术的中长期发展战略与路线图，明确关键技术突破点。
- 与软件、硬件、产品团队紧密协作，确保AI技术的平滑集成与量产落地

### 制定多模态大模型的下一代人机交互、场景化服务等创新应用 任职要求
- 算法功底深厚，精通深度学习、机器学习核心理论与模型
- 工程经验丰富，有大规模数据训练、模型优化或端侧部署的经验
- 积极主动，能协同内外部各方资源，具备较强的跨部门沟通能力及项目能力，能够推动关键技术落地
