## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责混动与纯电动力系统的新技术收集及对标研究;
- 负责混动及纯电车辆动力性、经济性仿真分析，开展动力系统方案选型与系统匹配优化、VTS/SDS指标制定及分解，热管理工况分解；
- 负责动力传动系统开发中相关分析评价工作包括整车动力性与能耗分析、三电系统匹配分析、相关混动策略设计与优化，并协同配合动力系统的控制策略开发; 任职资格：
- 全日制本科以上学历，车辆相关专业，具备汽车构造及汽车理论相关知识储备；
- 熟悉车辆动力性及经济性仿真，熟练掌握车辆系统仿真软件，如CRUISE、CRUISE M、GT-suit、Amesim、Matlab/Simulink等;
- 责任心强，目标驱动，良好的团队意识和沟通协调能力；
- 认可吉利企业文化。
