## Job description
- 负责梳理核心知识资产（文档、经验、案例、规则），构建知识图谱。
- 负责协同设计AI知识应用场景（如智能问答、知识检索、经验推荐）。
- 负责推动知识沉淀和共享机制，建立知识贡献激励机制。
- 负责管理AI知识库的内容质量和更新频率。
- 协助开发培训员工使用AI知识工具，提升组织知识效能。
- 负责评估知识管理效果，持续优化知识体系。
- 本科及以上，3年以上知识管理/数字化转型/流程管理经验（至少1年主导项目）。
- 熟悉汽车制造工艺（冲压/焊装/涂装/总装）或质量管理场景，理解工程隐性知识的特点。

### 具备AI数字化思维
- 了解知识图谱、向量检索、大模型在知识管理中的应用。
- 有企业级知识管理系统或智能搜索平台落地经验。
- 出色的跨部门沟通能力，能推动工艺、质量、IT等多条线协同。 【加分项】
- 有主流车企（一汽/比亚迪/吉利/广汽/理想/赛力斯等）知识管理实战经验。
- 有隐性知识显性化项目成果（如专家经验结构化、故障案例库建设）。
- 持有CKM、PMP、TOGAF等认证。
